MGE Interior Styling serves as the project coordinator and stylist. We manage the visual direction and coordinate the appropriate third-party contractors. We are not the general contractor.
- Construction, electrical, plumbing, flooring, and carpentry are performed by third-party providers.
- Third-party professionals remain responsible for their own licensing, insurance, and workmanship.
- MGE is the project manager and stylist, not the builder.

We provide detailed planning for structural changes, ensuring every element of your space is cohesive and functional.
We curate and coordinate your material palette, selecting finishes and fixtures that align with your approved aesthetic.
Team Assembly & Coordination
Final Styling & Reveal
We identify and assemble the qualified contractors required to execute your project, managing all communication.
Once the contractor work is completed, we finalize the room’s styling, ensuring a polished and intentional reveal.
Remodel Support: 15% of Contractor Budget
MGE Interior Styling coordinates and manages the project team while protecting your visual direction. We charge a fixed project-management fee of 15% of the approved contractor and trade-work budget, with a minimum fee of $750.
